Have you ever had someone deny one of your requests? Depending on the circumstances it can be frustrating and even scary. But don’t lose hope. Lift up your eyes. Where does your help come from? It doesn’t come from other people, or from your employer, or from the bank. No, your help comes from the Lord (the Law). God’s laws are not man’s laws. You have means that the world doesn’t understand. So, if you have need of something and someone tells you no, just appeal that decision to the Law of the Universe. Lift up your eyes and know that your help comes from a Higher Power. Claim what you need and trust that God will meet that need. You don’t have to take no for an answer!
